Lee|The booklet was shipped w/o a pen, so it was useless to me until I purchased a separate pen. did refund me $8 for the lack of a pen, but the wasted time was a pain. Someone need to do better quality control somewhere in this supply chain.||Both Deepak and Elizabeth were very knowledgable on the subject matter of the quant and verbal, respectively.
